30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you or your cat are not happy with a Purrwell product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
How it works
- Email purrwelll@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps).
- We reply within 1 business day with next steps. For many items we will not ask you to ship anything back.
- If a return is requested, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, heavily used consumable items (such as chew sticks) may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion. Contact us anyway; we aim to be fair.
